Brecks — Restaurant in Dudley

Went in and ordered. Waited half hour saw 3 people come in after us and get served taken care of and leave. When we asked about our food they took 2 parcels out of a keep warm (I'd seen them start loading this keep warm after about 10 minutes waiting, I assumed this was for a delivery, turns out 2 of them was mine and my partners) soon as we asked, the parcels were taken out, unwrapped, checked, they asked me what I wanted on my chicken and chips, I asked for mayo and a little salad, to which they loaded it with salad and no mayo, wrapped it back up, bagged it and plonked it on the counter. Can't say I'm surprised as a young girl had just come in that had been served whilst we were sat waiting complaining there was next to no meat in her wrap. Poor service all around, food is not freshly made, and you're sat waiting unnecessarily. Will not be going again. Would...

I have been going here since day it opened, but today's events I have had enough and will not be going again.

Constantly getting order wrong, so I order online through just-eat thinking they cannot mess it up, and lo and behold they do.

Try to call and reason with them and you get them questioning if you ever placed an order or in my case phoning it through twice? yeah hang on I ordered my food then 5mins later I called it through again... like you do!

Other instances are, order on phone, tell you to come in half hour and you spend another half hour in the shop) common theme!

First time ordering from this place, and it wasn't a very pleasant experience at all. It states on the website that delivery stops at 1:00am bearing in mind we phoned the place at 12:30. My boyfriend phoned up, the guy (Khan) answered and said they don't do delivery now and then put the phone down. So, we phoned back and my boyfriend asked the reason why they're not delivering now he said very rudely "coz we not". We then asked to speak to the manager or who ever runs the place and he said "I do, I'm here alone" basically refusing to allow us to speak to the manager , plus Khan said "well do you expect us to go home at 2 o clock" I thought this was very poor customer service and I do advise to stay away from this place as it is not...
