I ordered fom Dudley branch at 7:45pm ton Sat th 19/07. I live 5 minutes drive from the branch.
It arrived at 8:15pm but my Chick 'N' Mix box wad missing.
The driver got on the company whattsapp chat straight away to tell them of my missing items.
At 8:45pm it hadn't arrived so we called the shop. The staff member said they were really busy and that the order was in the shop. So she took our details and said it would be on its way with the next driver.
At 9:15pm it still hadn't arrived. So we called back again and this time she asked how we had ordered. She went through the just eat orders and read out our address that was correct. She also read out our telephone number but this was incorrect. She then said she would cook it fresh and send it out straight away. We asked how long and she said straight away as soon as it was cooked..
At 9:45pm I decided i'd had enough and got in the car to come to the store. At the same time the store called my partner to say can you answer the door as the driver outside. I was still in front of my house and there was no driver in sight. He had in fact gone to a Leabrook road which is not our address.
when I got to the store I explained everything that I have just written and they said "dont worry the driver is on his way". I said that he had gone to the wrong address and they just looked at me as though they had run out of excuses.
I asked them to explain to me how it had gone so badly wrong and how I had waited 3 hours for a delivery that was 5 minutes from the store, the lady serving said it was an error on just eat. I reminded them that we had callled up twice since the just eat order had been taken, and we had given our address both times.
the lady serving asked me what I wanted to correct things and I said "Please just give me my chicken box"
They very quickly emerged with 2 chick n mix boxes and a bottle of coke. I left as I was starving and did the 5 minute drive home. when I opened the boxes they were both stone cold.
At this point I gave up and threw them away.
The service that night eas beyond appalling. And the store are either completely incompetent or liars.
On the night, I contacted Domino's via direct message on X. They gave me a link to fill out a customer service form. I did it straight away. it's now been 9 days and I haven't heard anything from them. Safe to say I won't...

Ordered my food last night , upon the driver taking our food out the car, I noticed there was a pizza box missing , I questioned this and I was told he canāt do nothing about it so ring the store. I rang the store immediately, less then 1 minute after he left, as I was ringing the store I noticed the entire order had someone elseās address on there. So now we have the issue of someone else entire food order in our household with the virus risk ,my husband is coughing and spluttering in bed with symptoms prior to ordering . As I ring the store they tell me the driver is heading straight back to swap the food, so considering he couldnāt of been 1 minute away it took him 18 minutes to get back! Was he swapping the food from this other persons house to mine? On the phone I stated I will be throwing the other persons food away so the store cannot try and still send it to the house and will have to send it fresh, to get told āno no no no give us the food back we will throw it away ourselfsā hmmm strange!!! As the driver was taking so long to get back to me with the correct food I rang the store back and said is my food coming from someone elseās house because I donāt want it if it is with the virus, to be told āIām not sureā so I spoke to the manager who couldnāt do nothing but stutter and give answers that donāt make sense! The 2nd driver arrived and I questioned him as too wether my food he was delivering now was fresh from the store or this other persons house, as if I was I did not want the food as anyone could of opened and tampered with it the same as we opened there food, I again told the driver I am throwing the other food heās welcome to see me do it if he wants to know Iām not eating it, for him to beg and plead for me not to throw it as he would himself at the store!!!!! I wish now that I threw it reguardless. I will be taking this further to trading standards and environmental...

Left instructions to "knock quiet please, sleeping baby" was pizza arrived late and the driver banged on the door. Got the pizza and she had woken up. Took over 30min to get her to sleep again, by that time pizza was cold. Called up to complain no answer, called again and explained why I'm annoyed and was hung up on. Complained to customer service and was expecting a call from the store. They called today whilst I'm at work so obviously I can't answer my phone. Terrible customer service from them, staff are a joke. Will be taking it further and expecting a refund... My advice would be go to pizza hut, staff are so much better and they can all read English.
