Greggs — Restaurant in Dudley

It Has taken me some time to write this review as I have given this store chance after chance. But no more most of your staff are rude from being over charged for my food and having your Staff laughing at me as I've burnt myself from a HOT drink I brought from your shop and damaged my personal property. I dont like going down this road but whenever I have spoken about this shop I get the same feedback. My suggestion if the staff don't like working with the public find something else. And also stop going on like ur busy when certain people come in the shop we are not here to beg we are here buy our coffee to go to work. Absolutely awful service. Ordered and paid for 2 x sausage & bacon baguettes & received on only one. Same thing happened about 6 weeks ago & managed to speak with the Manager at the Dudley branch who spoke with the woman who packed my order and apologised. This was probably one of my worst eating experiences. The store was crowded and the tables were dirty. There was a man asleep with his phone charging on his lap and someone smelt of urine.
