Had a takeaway a week ago and was very pleased with it!! Loved the massaman curry as it was made with chicken thighs instead of breast which makes all the difference in flavour. The Thai chili and basil was amazing, I've never had this dish before but it's a must try if you visit.

Addressing some of the one star reviews, as I agree with John (if that's even his real name) that reviews are a persons own take on things and shouldn't be called into question. Giving it a one star is just ridiculous, one star is if the food is inedible, not that it just wasn't to your taste. Slandering a new business just to bring down it's overall rating is just flat out pathetic, and you have the nerve to say other reviews "smacks of falsehood" when I can clearly see you have only ever left one review, obviously made an account just to leave a terrible review. What a sad life you must lead John.

Don't believe the majority of the one star reviews, come try out Renoo's Thai for yourself I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Bit disappointed to be honest.

Whilst the curry was fairly tasty the other items left a lot to be desired. I get that this is a new business, so I am attempting to make my review as constructive as possible, but if many other customers experiences are similar to ours you haven't exactly made a good impression for potential repeat customers.

The chicken satay was dry, tasteless, and clearly hadn't been freshly prepared. The supplied pot of satay sauce was a lot better but it was far too viscous to coat the chicken skewers and there wasn't enough of it. The spring rolls seemed like Iceland frozen party food spring rolls.

The pad Thai was okay, but nothing special.

The chicken wings described as "The ultimate Thai Finger Licking Food. Deep-fried in a Special Coating." were just plain chicken wings, well cooked and juicy, but they were completely plain and lacked any flavour whatsoever. This was definitely the worst item.

The spicy chilli and basil leaves ended up being a mostly pork dish which wasn't particularly memorable.

Not a great start. Hope you can improve things a bit because I know I probably won't be...

Unfortunately I didn’t receive the Spicy Chilli & Basil Leaves, instead I received what looks like the Massaman Curry (Chicken) - photo attached. Next time I will be sure to check the contents of the bag but don’t feel I should need to.

My in-laws and wife were complimentary about their choice of dish however, the Massaman Curry did lack a bit of flavour. The chicken was tasty but it could have just been boiled as there was no infused taste in it.

I feel like 3 stars is a sign of an “ok” or “satisfactory” meal/service, which is how I would describe my experience. If I had been given the correct order and it was good quality then I am sure I would be giving 4 stars as a minimum.

Will give it another chance but would appreciate a complimentary dish if possible. I do however appreciate that mistakes (such as mixing up dishes) can be made when...
