Been visiting for almost a decade now, on the occasion. Sad to see it has fallen off, long gone are the days of customers accepting miserable staff and unapproachability in hospitality, sadly we have experienced both collectively across our last two visits. Long gone are the days of people ‘splashing cash’ at pubs and restaurant, custom should not be taken for granted and we certainly won’t be choosing to spend our hard earned money somewhere if the ambience is directly related to which staff are working, unfortunately the case here.

Came in yesterday with my friend and waited at the bar to the side, could see she was busy with some other customers at the front but no acknowledgement from her what so ever or 'be with you in a minute' and then proceeded to come over and served a man (think a regular as she seemed to know him) who had come to the bar after we had been waiting for 5 mins who even told her to serve us before him but she proceeded to serve him.
