Very disappointed with our visit on 5th November. We booked a table for 6 adults and 2 children for 4:45 pm, thinking we would have time for a meal before going to the Ware firework display (we had already bought tickets) that started at 7:00 pm. We arrived at 4:50 and waited while our table was prepared. We ordered drinks at 5:00 pm, then ordered our food at about 5:20 pm. We ordered 2 children's meals - the waitress asked if she could bring all meals out together, rather than waiting for the children to finish their starters (everyone else only ordered main meals). We agreed. The children's starters arrived, but the rest of the meals didn't arrive until 6:25, including the children's mains. We then had to rush our meals (my husband and one child didn't finish their meals) we didn't have time to order desserts, the children didn't even have the desserts that were part of the children's meal deal! Consequently, we missed the start of the firework display. Don't come to this restaurant unless you have lots of time to waste!
