Pleasant interior design, let down by poor quality coffee. Why is it called Artisan? No idea. Award winning? Really! The interior is let down by the poor quality coffee. Offers, but does not deliver. Vile tasting, burnt, over roasted, cheap catering supply coffee. Left a vile taste in the mouth. Absolutely no excuse when spoilt for choice with roasteries. The young waitress was pleasant and helpful. The only redeeming feature. Sadly indicative of everything that is wrong with Skegness.

Pricey but nicey. A cosy little coffee shop run by efficient staff, serving a massive range of pastries and cakes to go with lovely coffee. Prices are higher than the average Skeggy cafe, but it's really nice.

Great place to stop whilst shopping around the town centre. Friendly staff warm inviting atmosphere. Food was off the shelf ready made panini but the sweet treats on offer were nice and a good selection.

Normally I don't randomly write reviews but I just had to about this place. I'm not from around Skegness but needed a bite to eat and a coffee before heading to the station. I spotted this little gem from the outside which looked cosy and inviting. I stepped inside and the atmosphere was so calming. The smell of the coffee and pastries was sensational. I ordered a coffee and a sausage pastry and it was honestly the best pastry I've ever eaten - tasted homemade and had so much flavour. The coffee was also so delicious. If I wasn't healthy eating I also would have treated myself to one of the many amazing looking cakes on the counter. The staff were clearly very busy but remained professional and friendly. When I'm next back in Skegness I will definitely pay this place...

A bit confusing with 2 places using the same name on the same side in the town & that 1 should be closed if it has been hired for a private event. Nice decor inside though but it was very noisy inside. The location I guess is responsible partially for the noise because of the road (not that anyone can do anything about that) but the staff was overly noisy scrapping the plates & it's by the sound of the people inside not a coffee shop for the calm & peaceful but it is Skegness. Good service though & friendly enough staff. I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat there this time but the drinks were quite pricey really. Seemed a positive atmosphere just louder than the average...

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to visiting and sampling their coffee. The coffee house is nicely decorated and has an inviting feel. It was fairly busy so we chose the sofa looking out into the street. I ordered a cappuccino, americano and two danishes. The service was prompt and the coffee and danishes hot and warm respectively. In fact the coffee tasted burnt which was a shame. My maple pecan Danish was hard at the edges unfortunately, we were eating at midday so this probably didn't help. I will try other coffee shops in Skegness before returning here however one bad visit shouldn't prevent...
