Modern, stylish and clean café in the gardens near the clock tower. Serves Costa Coffee drinks which are great, but the food offering is so much better than Costa. Excellent choice of freshly made panini, baguettes, pizza and ice cream. We had a chicken, pesto and cheese panini that had plenty of filling and the hot drinks came with a Biscoff biscuit too.

Lovely cafe with views of the outdoor swimming pool and a trendy inside seating area. We called in for four ice creams, my 5yr old grandson ordered the wrong one and the staff allowed him to change it free off charge. Pots of tea are generous in size, the place is clean and the staff friendly, we’d definitely visit here again

What a lovely place. Only had coffee and cake, but both spot on. (The Rhubarb & Custard and the Jammie Dodger cake recommended). Staff really friendly, beautifully clean. Will definitely come back. Also give 15% Bluelight Discount.

Went here for lunch with my wife and daughter, the food was absolutely fantastic. My wife had a ham and cheese panini which came with salad and tortillas, I had a jacket potato with beans and cheese, which came with a salad and tortillas, and the daughter had a Margarita pizza with potato wedges. I also had a chocolate frostie I think it was called, basically I thick chocolate milkshake with fresh cream on top, it was delicious.

The food was all cooked really well, and it was cooked fresh, the pizza seemed like it was made to order too, all came out piping hot.

The only slight criticism I would say, is that the kids menu could have been better, like the pizza my 6 year old daughter wanted, was a full sized pizza, she could only eat 2 slices of it. Me and the wife managed to finish it, but would have been good if they did kids portions. They said they do kids meals, but comes with sandwiches, which my daughter didn’t want, Apart from that this place does really tasty food, so don’t let this put you off, you will find something for...

The server at the till was fine, and the process of ordering the food was easy. It was very clean and modern inside.

We ordered a sausage roll, a toastie, nachos, a panini and a pizza, a milkshake and some water which came to £45.

The toastie was fine, the sausage roll was quite small for the price. The pizza was good, but the milkshake was quite small and if I’d seen it beforehand, I wouldn’t have spent £6 on it.

The nachos were late to the table and very soggy. The tuna melt panini was actually a toasted baguette. Not sure if they’d ran out of paninis, or if this was standard but just so people know this might be the case ordinarily.

My child asked for some mayonnaise and was handed an empty Heinz bottle 🤷🏻‍♂️

It looks nice from the outside, but I probably...

Expensive for microwaved Panini's and toasties. Since visiting this week. This was the most expensive lunch we've had. Drinks order was wrong, which is fine. Just a mix up on milkshake flavours. However. We ordered two panini's, a toastie and a sausage roll. The panini's were soggy, not toasted, like they had been in a microwave, same with the toastie and the sausage roll was tiny. Service was poor, when asked for sauces we were directed to take some from other tables. Coffee was Luke warm. And this was a near £40 lunch!! 👎🏻

Lastly, a yappy, aggressive dog was allowed to come inside, despite there being ample seating outside. Which growled and barked at people as...
