A fairly typical seaside cafe, located in the Queens Park area of Mablethorpe. We all decided to choose from the six £3.50 set meals, and since the weather was nice made use of the outdoor seating area. As well as the set meals, they also offer traditional fare such as burgers, all day breakfasts & kids meals, and of course ice cream (not nice). Ordering was a bit chaotic, as it was busy and there wasn't a lot of space inside, to be honest, wasn't entirely sure which of the 2 waitresses was taking our order. We'd barely been sat down a few minutes when all of our food and drinks arrived, so no waiting around. The food itself, and portion size were adequate given the price, but not overly hot. It would have been nice to have been offered some seasoning, and sauces, or have them already on the table, but we had neither, and didn't bother asking as we were hungry, and anxious to eat our meals before they became too cold. Our hot drinks were served in mismatched mugs, and were lukewarm, not hot. Overall, quite a nice little cafe, and an ideal location for those with children with the boating lake, kids pool, crazy golf, pitch & putt, lawn bowls etc all here. Cheap prices, service & food not too bad, but could be much better with a bit more effort.

We had a walk and decided to grab a bite to eat... Sorry this is the worst place I have ever eaten in my life... We ordered a breakfast as was on main menu, thinking it was an all day. "Not do that now" "Well do you want" We are re looking thank you. Miserable staff and attitude of not friendly. Cheesy chips and sausage. Egg sausage and chips please. Coke and Fanta apple. They gave orange then ummed and erred if she would change it. Food ready straight away. The fries were the chips. Very few in the portion. Greasy. The cheese looked as if it had been out a long time. The sausage was a 20 sausages for £1.00 type. Even dog would not eat the sausage. The picture shows what the 2 Adult portions were like. The trays were small... £15.00 it cost, felt completely ripped off. Will not be going back and will not recommend.

Shocking how much they charge for this Ham cob. 1 slice of wafer thin plastic packaged Ham, 1&1/2 sliced plum tomato's, 1 and a bit small slice of lettuce, cob was dry as the Sahara. All for a robbing £4. Disgusting. You should be ashamed charging £4 for this. It was more about what you actually served. If you wouldn't eat it yourself, don't serve it to Customers. Rip Off!!

Do not waste your time. Family day out at queens park to discover no train, the website hasn't been updated and this was the main reason we attended so very disappointing. We decided to have some lunch and move on and Lindas Pavilion was there...we ordered our food and drinks, asked for sugar and the girl heaped the sugar in from a bowl, the spoon went in our drinks and then back in the bowl. She couldn't stir it and only gave 1 spoon for all 4 drinks.

We then sat on one of the tables, food came out, cheesy chips with about a teaspoon of cheese on so I asked for more and the waitress was unsure if she could add more, she did when she got permission from other staff inside so she took away the chips. By the time that she came back with our non cheesy chips my daughter had spilt a small amount of her hot chocolate and when my husband asked if she could wipe up as we were given no napkins he was told 'ill see what I can do but I cannot promise anything. My husbands chips and pasty came out and he asked for ketchup and salt and vinegar to which we were told that salt and vinegar was at the front but we would have to buy a ketchup sachet which is fair enough. I went to the front and nobody was around, the only salt and vinegar that was there was the shaker bottles so I took them and was then greeted by the same waitress who told me I am 'not allowed to take them from the front' I told her there was nobody there and that she said they were there to which she struggled her shoulders and told me as if I were a child 'make sure you out them back'. Disgusting food and service, would not recommend to anyone!!! Dont ruin your day...

Visited Linda’s yesterday and all I can say is the pricing is immoral. We had some food for lunch 2 portions of chips, 1 kids chips and sausage 2 cans of warm pop and 3 cups of tea £17.50. Very average but went with it as of the location. We then went to play crazy golf which luckily had a set price £12 for 4. At the same time I purchased another warm can of pop, a coffee and a fab lolly from a supermarket multi pack. Between the lady serving me and the one who took the money the price went from £19 to £20 funnily enough that was the note in my hand! So £8 for very little. Then my niece went in for 2 packets of crisps, a mint ice cream lolly and a bottle of water all from Lidl multipacks this selection cost £7.50! When my mum questioned the crisps walkers were then put in the counter. I love to support local businesses and think that it is very important but this was beyond a joke and we will not be returning a walk to the high street would be much better for us and the...
