Lorenzo provided an exceptional dining experience that deserves nothing short of a 5-star review. Four of us traveled from Warwickshire to meet up with two friends to celebrate a friend's retirement, from the moment we stepped into the restaurant on that winter night, we were greeted with a warmth that extended beyond the cozy atmosphere. Heating was beautiful on really cold night.

The seating, notably accommodating for someone with hidden disability problems like myself, was extremely comfortable. Now, let's talk about the food – a culinary journey that began with a mushroom starter bursting with flavors. All six of us unanimously rated each dish, from the starters to the mussels and the main course featuring chicken, prawns, and tuna, with a resounding 5 stars. This wasn't your typical mass-produced pub food; it was a symphony of homemade flavors.

Even when faced with the disappointment of a finished crème brûlée on the dessert board, the exceptional service kicked in. The waiter not only informed us promptly but also offered to have it made from scratch, despite the 30-minute wait. This level of dedication left us utterly shocked and grateful.

The overall experience, from the delectable food to the outstanding service, exceeded our expectations. It was our first-ever visit, and without a doubt, we will be returning on our next visit to friends in the area. Not busy but Was make to wait ...... The staters tasted horrible but was redeemed back by a gorgeous main meal. They then proceeded to clean the table and bring out the desert menu after a 30 minute wait and after me and my mum lost our appetite they decided to ask us what we wanted we obviously decided to call it quits, but during this time they cleaned and served drinks and deserts to a table of six, while we were waiting and the other member of staff was seen to walk back and forth into the kitchen, then decided to eat then talk with his coworker and not prioritise his customers, we was made to feel worthless and underrated. after speaking to the manager and reducing the cost of our bill we both still did not feel satisfied with the...

I recently dined at this Italian restaurant and was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. However, I found the food to be just average, lacking flavours I was expecting from an Italian restaurant. The seasoning was underwhelming, the salad could have been more enticing, and the presentation of the dishes fell short of expectations (sauce left dropped on the side of the plates instead of being wiped off, some dishes swimming in a sauce).
