This franchise owned Costa is one of my favourites for one simple reason, the staff. They are invariably friendly and helpful, they know how I like my coffee and serve it that way, not the way the manual says. They understand that as I'm paying for the coffee, I should be able to have it how I like it.

Since Costa in it's un-wisdom changed the way they prepare an Iced Latte the staff here remember that I don't like it and prefer it the old way, glass, ice-cubes, milk and finally the shot of coffee. This means it starts colder which is good, I don't like hot foam on my cold drinks (or hot for that matter) so the new frothy style is out for me!
