Just to let you know i am a per that Observes people. The subway in the Octagon centre is getting better with the new menu it is hard for the staff and the customers knowing what goes in a sub. The Interactions with the customers can be better for some of the staff and with each other. The lady that was the manger was great but she could of been better if she had be given the training that she should have had from the start. The new temporary manger is but she is not normally over at this one but she is do well. The new menu is all wrong it was better the way is was and you knew what was in your sub now you have to read everything Twice so you know what is going into the sub who ever Decided do it that this must be mad and not thinking of what the customers. We'll that is all I have to say let's see how it goes this week hopefully better...
Read moreNo stars at all if I could have used that option. We ordered today via Just Eat and the delivery driver was rude and kept talking over us whilst we tried to direct him to us. He was obviously not local to the area and didn't have a clue where he was. He never delivered our food (we have been working all day and couldn't get out) but the app says he has delivered it.
