Blue Bar Cafe — Restaurant in Eastbourne

Hidden gem of a venue in Eastbourne with cheap drinks and cocktails!

Music is generally alternative, so it attracts a particular crowd of people but Blue Bar houses a closely knit community who will show you nothing but kindness so long as you show it back. Staff are lovely and customers are generally on their best behaviour and just there for a good time. Only real troublemakers are irregulars/outsiders. People who cause any trouble are ousted asap.

Would 100% recommend if you are a fan of alt rock/metal but even then come down for the people and the atmosphere! Venue closes later than others too and is open on weekday nights! Great...

Sadly, Google has somewhat confused me on this one. I'm not typically one who frequents bars, and whilst I do very much enjoy time out at numerous cafés, I simply don't recall frequenting an establishment called 'The Blue Bar.' Accordingly, I apologise unreservedly for this apparent lapse in my mental capacity to recollect this fine establishment, or I had such a jolly-good time there that my amygdala is still in the midst of processing all that fun....
