Café Continental — Restaurant in Eastbourne

Got there at 9.25 a.m. Saturday morning and it was packed! Very popular.

Large one inch thick slices of toast on hand cut bread ( too generous for me - i prefer thinner!), Good bacon and niceley fried eggs (flipped to just mildly sear the yoke)

A bit of staff customer banter but too busy for them to engage really

The three young and pretty waitresses may have accounted for the influx of young strapping lads having breakfast there!

That said, a good mix of clientele.

Clearly a "go to" place...

I was taken to the cafe today by my partner who has used the cafe on several occasions in the past. He said it was great food and he wasn't wrong. The staff were really friendly. They greeted us on arrival. The food was quick to arrive, it was hot and all fresh.the price of a full English was reasonably priced too! The cafe was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be making this a regular place to eat at...

We have been coming here since they opened. Even when we are in town or not in Eastbourne. We always come here. Food is always set out nice. And tasty too. Always very friendly. You will be full after. I love there curry nan and soft rice. Never tasted Rice so silky ever. They work as a team Nothing is ever a problem for them . If they can help they will.
