If you're looking for THE BEST COFFEE SHOP in Eastbourne then Victoria Coffee is the place to go!!! THEY truly know how to make coffee and each and every time their coffee is amazing! As someone who is a coffeeholic and who has tried coffee nearly everywhere in Eastbourne and worked in catering myself there aren't many places that know what REAL coffee is about, therefore I am very grateful to Victoria Coffee and happy I found them!

Have been going there since they opened and am a regular and can confirm the owners and staff are extremely kind, friendly and make you feel very welcome! The coffee shop itself has a very warm atmosphere to it and is very clean which is another thing worth mentioning as they truly take care of the place, especially the toilets! I personally always order a latte for myself but their iced coffees and cakes which I have from time to time are divine! (especially the blueberry and lemon) I recommend it to everyone and anyone looking for a relaxed, cosy and nice place to sit near the seaside. Felt the need to write this as it has become apparent that people are trying to sabotage this lovely cafes reputation due to another persons mis-interpretation of how something was politely asked.

This is a lovely little cafe with beautiful food and a lovely coffee, lovely chilled atmosphere, always made to feel welcome and staff work incredibly hard.

This restaurant is cosy with not a lot of space for mobility scooters to be parked in random places making it unsafe for other diners and staff so depending on the size of the mobility scooter I can understand why the customer was politely asked to leave it parked outside.

There is outside seating as well so she could’ve sat outside if this was an issue.

I feel it is unfair to sabotage a business reputation when others do not know the full story and may not have visited here themselves.

I was really looking forward to visiting this cafe but was not prepared for the reception I received. I started heading through the door and spotted a space that I could fit my small car boot Mobility scooter in and was shouted at by a man behind the counter saying “CAN YOU LEAVE THOSE OUTSIDE PLEASE”. This shocked me as there were only 3 other customers in there and I have never been turned away from any other premises in Eastbourne. I was shocked and upset and turned to my Dad and said we are obviously not welcome here and we left. I Am disabled and telling me to leave my mobility scooter outside is like me telling you to leave your legs outside! I left a comment pointing out how upset I was on their Facebook page thinking maybe they would give me an explanation or apology but instead they deleted my post and Blocked me!!! Unfortunately not...
