Ace chicken — Restaurant in England

I placed a order at 7:54 I order a family platter whole chicken, fries, onion rings and chicken strips which was all cold, I was waiting for my order and the deliver time said 8:30-8:50 but it didn't arrive so I try requesting a new time it didn't work i then tried calling but the number wasn't recongised i tried 9 times but nothing then at 9:15 the driver arrived but went to 2 different house until I had to leave my house so he could find the house then when he was at the door i was checking the order and i then got told i had half a chicken, I had to also ask the driver for a number as Well to then find out in had extra southern fried chicken pieces also the food was very spicy and was the seasoning, and from a family platter we was only given 2...

Ordered chicken for family meal and clearly stated in the noted that I need garlic and chilli sauce. Food arrived without any sauces at all. Called the shop and was ask to wait 20 mins and the driver will come back with the sauces. 25 mins later, no sauces arrived, so rang the shop again and the person who answered the phone was very aggressive. Instead of solving the issue, he refused to give the sauce and even asked me to pay extra. Will never order from this shop again and will never recommend this takeaway to anyone. AVOID!!!

Took over an hour for food to be delivered WRONG!! "Meals" without any chips delivered. What was delivered was incorrect. Mayo on the burger when it was ordered specifically without due to allergy. When we called the shop to say our order was wrong we were told to "be quiet" (not even shouting), repeatedly being told to "wait" and "were busy so wait". The customer service was VILE!!! To be told to "shut up" was the absolute final straw. We were sick of being spoken to rudely despite the fact that customers essentially pay their wages is a joke.
