Adam Alsabti's Pizzeria & Grill House — Restaurant in England

Dnt think for a second food looks anything like the images. Hull is ridiculously rubbish for food. How u have a million takeaways and not one decent one is beyond me. This place makes out does Italian pizzas so ordered over phone. I knew ide messed up when I walked in saw they cook pizzas through a Conveyor style pizza toaster. Ordered a Mexican pizza any way. It had pepperoni and jalpenos on..... tht was it. In what sense is tht Mexican really. I paid 11 pound for pizza and chips. I pay same at home except it's litrally Italian pizza and edible. I forced down 2 slices cos I was working and needed something in my stomach. I took it home and neither Mrs, kids, dogs or foxes would eat it. Fix up

I advice people not to order anything from Adam's, because in my experience, I've found that the staffs attitude and really bad customer service. It really gives them a bad name. I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, with fries and a Dr Pepper, when the takeaway came, it was a Pepparoni.

I phoned Adams Alsabti Pizzeria and told them what I ordered, they tried telling me that that is what I ordered. Rather then them just saying sorry on their behalf and rectifying the problem themselves they just ignored my complaint and acted like it was normal.

Also when I spoke to the manager, she just laughed at me and said that there is nothing they can do.

Honestly I never write reviews unless they are a 10/10 and deserve it and never write bad reviews incase it was a one off bad meal. However, this has to be the worst takeaway iv ever had in my life. Why I didn't read the reviews before I ordered il never know, but I just hope you have seen this in time. Please close your shop, you cannot run a business on one time orders because I certainly know nobody is ever retuning to you.

Edit: The meat was cheap and undercooked in the meat feast calzone amd the dough was soggy and undercooked too, the garlic bread had no garlic and was like cardboard and now I can't get...
