Al Taco — Restaurant in England

We were lucky to have wonderful food wherever we went in Whitby and have left positive reviews for everywhere else, however, the same could not be said of this place ~ sadly it was awful. We ordered for delivery and when the food arrived it was cold and tasteless. It also did not match the description in the menu. I found it frustrating that the menu advertised pico de gallo and sour cream on the tacos, but when they arrived they had no sour cream and their version of pico de gallo was just diced tomatoes. My pulled pork was so dry and chewy! It had clearly been sitting for far too long. My daughters chicken tacos had dried out tasteless meat. My husband had the burrito and also said the same of his chicken. My son's burger was ok, however, both the chips and wedges were cold and the nachos were chewy. We have had much better street food than this. We did order at the end of the day, but expected food to be fresh and tasty nonetheless. I rarely write poor reviews, it isn't comfortable, however, we felt it wrong that we paid for food which was over priced and of really poor quality. They do have some wonderful reviews, which is why we chose to order from here in the first place, so I am really hoping that we were just really unlucky in...

Hi I am a 17 year old girl I had the chilli at this place and it had no warning of the spice but I understood that chilli is meant to be spicy I asked if I could have another dish and the manager came out and started acting very rude and aggressive towards me and then or dered that I leave so I did I sat outside she then followed me out and said she brought some sour cream to cool it down and I said that I didn't really want to talk to her at this time and then she started cursing at me about the state of the toilet saying that I made a mess even though someone used the toilet after me and she was very rude and I was very polite...

The burritos we had were really good. A massive size so perfect to eat and fill us up. We were left waiting to order for quite a while, which wasn't ideal. The food didn't take too long once ordered but we were left waiting to order for ages, which I usually wouldn't complain about but there wasn't really anyone else there. 2 women cut in front of us by going inside to order and I do think the staff did just forget about us a bit (which wasn't acknowledged). However, the food was still really good could have been a bit hotter but I think they made it quite quick as we'd been left waiting a while. Will go back...
