complete illiterate staff doesn't know how to serve and treat customers they charged me extra when i asked about the prices and found they have charged me wrong they start blaming me that i placed wrong order, one of them start saying its my shop i am the owner and keep saying leave and never come again been there twice and had same problem both times, never ever recommend any one to eat from there, they are illiterate, misbehave, and crazy people bought food twice and always glued to the paper complained but they never did any thing about the complains made, charge you wrong if they cant understand they start blaming customers, if you ask to pack salad separately they start telling the boxes cost them money, if you ask for sauce they compare their shop with McDonald by saying McDonald charge for sauces, but they forget the customer service and respect McDonald give to their customers. McDonald never ask customers to leave and never come back if customer made any complain about food, found hair and some times stones in the food as well complained but no reaction. Too proud problem...

If I come to a takeaway I don't expect to be given stale chicken that has been refried. Normally food is great this time round i think the meat from the sheesh kebabs was off, as it tasted nasty and i just spat it out. The chicken wings are usually incredible, but this time round they tasted stale. this is why we have health and safety rules in this country. If your meat is gone old throw it away. Dont scam customers hard working customers on spending their money on food you know is not fit to consume.other occassions my experience has been great its a shame really you want to profit so much that you are willing to sell old food that should...

These guys are surprisingly good...i say surprisingly because you don't get an authentic pakistani kebab shop in this neck of the woods. I've had their mixed grill, nans, kebab roll etc. It all tastes great, im particularly impressed that their nans are made in a tandoor and they also seem to make their seekh kebabs in the tandoor too which gives it a very nice BBQ taste. One star less because they dont do that for their other meats, instead using an iron grill, which is a shame- the food would taste much better and i hope...
