Chaiiwala — Restaurant in England

This restaurant is so frustrating. Their food is so very nice and although the usual lady behind the counter is very nice, there is some sort of disconnect... I had previously gone to the restaurant and ordered two wraps with no veg. The food came with veg. I went back to the counter and explained. Waited whilst my family got half way through their food until mine arrived again. It had veg again. Today, within the last hour. I ordered online. I instantly called the restaurant, as stated I could do via the just eat app, and the phone just rang. The phone rang until I gave up, I gave up because the food deliver guy was at my door. I had even messaged the food delivery guy before he had set off for delivery and he also ignored my attempts at communication. Now, again, I have food I can't eat from this restaurant. The 3rd time in 2 "visits". I love their food and I hate to say I will never order from this restaurant again. If there are things you can't eat, like me, then avoid...

The attitude and service from most of the staff here is just shocking they just wish to prove there point rather than giving customer service I am a regular customer coming weekly sometimes daily but only one staff member who I believe is the manager has a brain is courteous and respecting the kitchen manager has no sense of customer service or value, I always get served differently depending who is behind the counter its almost as if they make there own rules, one person allows you have a hash brown in the wrap another person does not one person allows you to have tomatoes another does not one person charges for every single thing including ketchup another does not they really need to fix this branch and there policies only the short girl manager is the reason I am still coming here but when she is not here the place is better of closed no service no...

Visited chaiiwala yesterday and ordered karak chai pink chai and butter chicken roll...tea was fine but the roll was horrible... trying to fool us in the name of roll...I think whoever prepared please go and learn how to make a roll and then give it to the customer..it was the worst roll ever I had ..when you charge some amount make sure you provide the customer with something decent or else please take it off from your menu.. because this is not the first time I am having roll in my life...you people even don't know how to wrap a roll...inside a chapathi just put two pieces of dry chicken and smashed the entire thing...is this how you make a roll?
