Go to cafe Nero or if you're in London search for the nearest Cafe Vergnano, real Italian machines, real coffee. Can't beat it. PLUS the manager, some polish tall girl, was VERY VERY VERY rude, to an old man that asked her "what kind of cakes they have" she replied "they are there in the window why you don't go and check by yourself?".    Read moreNormally good but went in today, an hour before they closed, and was told that I had to have my dine in drinks in takeaway cups. There were two of us and we were also eating hot food.
I was a bit puzzled as there were copious amounts of clean glasses and cups on top of the coffee machine, so I politely enquired as to the reason.
This, apparently, was because that it meant they would have to wash them up afterwards and didnât want toâŚ
