Greggs — Restaurant in England

Do not order via Just Eat from this Greggs. The staff here are completely useless. I’ve ordered from here twice, and both times I’ve received half my order! Like, whole chunks of my order missing? I’m talking 3-4 items each time!!! You call up to question them and they offer freebies if you’re ever at that particular greggs again? How does that help me now?! Or the option to go pick up the food they forgot to give you… it’s bloody ridiculous and so frustrating. How about, do your job properly so that people don’t have to fix your mistakes. How can you get it so wrong? Staff need extra training and proper management who can monitor what is sent out of that particular branch. It just shows a complete lack of care towards customers, no effort is being put in by any of the staff here. Every time I go to buy something , there is a problem! One morning they don't have bacon, another morning they have no eggs! Deplorable!!! Just go to Lidl which is next door and buy eggs and bacon so you can serve the customers!!! And what is most annoying, is the staff will be laughing saying they don't have this or they don't have that! People are coming for breakfast at 8.30 am and you can't tell them you have run out of eggs or bacon! And switch off the advertising boards if you don't serve as expected! This place can be kind of tricky to find because it looks like the doors open out onto Cambridge Street but you have to go round the back towards the car park in order to get in. The food is standard Greggs so you know what to expect - it's just lost a star because I would like it to be hotter. I know It's tricky trying to gauge demand but lukewarm sausage rolls...
