The scones were extremely small and dry and at £3.50 not value for money or enjoyable. Mentioned this to staff and received a curt reply "that's the way they come" . Toasted cheese and onion sandwich very bland with practically raw onions which were uneatable, £7.95 again not value for money or enjoyable.Tea and a toasted tea cake were very nice. The lady behind the covid screens (still?) said what sounded like £3, but it was difficult for me to hear. Prices on the cakes would have been helpful. The drinks and cakes were nice. We sat outside with our four-legged friend. Sadly the pleasant atmosphere was spoilt by another customer complaining about people with dogs!
