I thought it would be easier to copy the complaint i sent....
I paid a visit to your shop in crewe today at gateway, I asked for three rounds of bacon, sausage and cheese sandwiches and a cappaccino, and straight away she got it wrong and tryed charging me over £11 for the order so straight away i said thats wrong it turns out she wqs charging me for 3 lots of sandwhiches (6 rounds of bread) anyway she corrected so i thought anyway and she charged me £5.50. Anyway the order came and it was still wrong, what they had done is got a peice of bread, put melted cheese on it then another peice of bread on top of that and then one sausage and 2 peices of bacon and then another peice of bread on top of that. Completely not what i asked for and not worth the money. I told the girl behind the counter that i want a refund so she gave me the money back for the sandwich but because i was annoyed i wanted my money back for the whole order including the coffee. At this point some guy came from the back with a massive attitude and told me i arnt having my fking back to which i said its not my fault you messed up the order and then he told me to Fk of again. At this point i was leaving the shop with the coffee and as i was leaving he was still gobbing of so as annoyed i was getting i admit i stuck my fingers up at him on the way out. To me this is not very nice customer service and i felt intimidatedi only went in for.my breakfast. I felt upset to what had happened. To me what they served me is a triple bread sandwich, i even explained what i wanted and the girl had abit of an attitude aswell. All i wanted was a bacon, sausage and cheese sandwich on two rounds of bread and then one round of bread with bacon, sausage and cheese on it, i didnt want to be verbally abused the way i was. I have used your shop a few times and the food has always been lovely and they have never got it wrong. The guy with the attitude was wearing a black cap and he has a few craters on his face, its the only way i can describe him sorry if i offend.
Heres the reply I am sorry about this and your story sounds quite plausible , however you omitted to mention that you were using foul and abusive language towards my staff. I am sorry if they swore back at you, what they should do to anyone who swears at them is just, give them the money back and politely ask them to leave the building. I donāt care if you come in 5 times a day. I cannot have my employees sworn at for trying to do their job.
I would like to point out that i did not swear at them first and as for cleanliness they were kicking rubbish around in the kitchen while i was there. This company does not deserve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRoad rage from a driver, I pulled out of of a side street to see past a parked van, I then noticed your vehicle coming past he parked van, I waved to apologise it this was t good enough, apparently the polite and professional thing to do is make hand gestures and mouth what I assume was abuse, assumption made due to the veins popping out of your head! I would normally laugh it off and isnāt a problem normally Iām not easily offended,however I had my 7 year old son with me who seen it! And anyone with kids will no they never stop asking questions! So After a complaint to the office, the driver was found and called me back. However it seems they suffer from memory loss as couldnāt remember the incident! It took for me to remind them where and when it happened! Which begs the question is this a regular occurrence? Do this happen a lot is that why you couldnāt remember this particular incident? Slow down, pay attention to what your doing and refrain from using obscene hand gestures in front of children! Not very professional, especially when your company name and number is printed all...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo applied for a job interviewed offered a job did a days traing then was asked to start the next day due to family commitments I said I'd start on the following Monday Jan16th turned up on time 7am to start work with these taken out with a driver asked to take notes on the run directions to where we were heading may I just had it was pitch black so couldn't see where we were going got o with the day with the driver once we had completed the day headed back from Manchester when back was greeted with the question did you make notes yes I did on prices quizzex the driver asked loads of questions so to take in as much as I could .left at 2pm by 2.30 I had recived a email saying the job wasn't going work out! No explanation but with the promise to pay me .sent loads of emails to the wonderful interview er Sarah but guess what no reply no paymennt even rang and no call back no explanation given.
Shoddy company my advice steer clear bunch...
