I used to really enjoy coming here i would have a chicken & mushroom risotto which was really nice the last time i came here i told our waitress about my food allergy & asked her to double check that the chicken & mushroom risotto can still come without cheese black pepper & herbs she brought me the allergy book which does not say if a dish contains specifically cheese just dairy so is useless for my situation. After asking again if she can double check if the risotto can still come without cheese she begrudgingly goes to look brings me back a packet & says no there is cheese already included & says that it has always come like that so when i have had it before there was cheese in it. I explained that i always ask & on most occasions who ever is serving me goes & checks brings out a bag and shows me there is no cheese on the ingredients list the waitress got quite angry raised her voice so all the restaraunt could hear & insisted that she was right & insinuated i was lying & that i must not have a food allergy because there has ALWAYS been cheese in the chicken & mushroom risotto. At this point the chef interjected explaining to the waitress that it had been less than a week that thay had been receiving the risotto with cheese already in the packets as it had recently changed & that his kitchen staff would not say something didn't contain something anyone was allergic to when it did he assured me that i had never had the risotto that had contained cheese he apologized for the change. I never recieved an apology from the waitress she just snatched the allergy book & walked off. We got up & left without ordering & have never been back due to most food containing cheese and the extremely rude waitress nobody deserves to be treated like that. We just come home from this place .If I could rate 0 stars I would.The stuff here it's absolutely shocking .Lets start with our order 1 double expresso and 2 Aperol Spritz with pasta .The waitress brought the coffe without sugar when we politely ask for sugar she sad they run out .So we did ask for any alternatives so she sad she can bring us some sweteners.When I looked on the table the coffe was spilled all over the place so i ask for a Tissue to clean it .The waiter's totally ignored me .We had to move inside from the terrace cause the wind blow us coke away so i did ask if i can get another coke .They sad yes but that coke never arrived same like the sweetener which we shoud ask for again .They was pulling faces for the costumers.The pasta was all oily so we couldn't finish it.It wasn't busy and it was around 4 stuff working but they never bothered to come to our table and ask us if we are happy with our order.You have to pay upront so you can't even say anything .Im just very glad we didn't left any tips this service it's absolutely disgusting not a single smile from any stuff or any apologies.We definitely not coming...

We went to celebrate our anniversary at the restaurant yesterday. The food was just okay, but my bf’s pasta had burnt taste. The portion sizes were smaller than we had expected for the price. The level of service was particularly poor — despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we didn't feel welcomed at all. The waitress made us feel rushed throughout the visit. She asked if we were finished with our food barely a minute after we ate the last bit of the main course, even though we still had starters on our plates. She also interrupted our conversation. Also, be aware that if a waiter asks if you want a plain bread it means the garlic bread for £7 from their menu as we did not know that. Although we had planned to spend the entire evening at the restaurant and order more food, we ended up leaving after just 20–30 mins because of this rush. When it came time to pay, while we were still in the process of completing the payment, the waitress turned away to attend to other guests without any confirmation of the payment, leaving us standing there unsure if the payment had gone through.
