Really disappointing and actually annoying experience, where I’d give it 0 stars if i could. We were ignored at the service desk waiting to make our order, the waitress kept walking straight past us. We waited 45 minutes for a sushi box, then an extra 15/20 mins for our hot food. The restaurant was not busy at all, 3 customers already dining!! Food was being served to people who had ordered at least 30 minutes after us. The waitress would shout across from the counter at customers…”ey, you two girls. Yeah, you. What was your order again?” Really inappropriate. 2 children arrived…which I can only imagine were hers, and they were served instantly with free food and endless amount of drinks while me and partner waited 45 minutes for a bit of sushi. Other customers were given extras with their meals to apologise for their wait…we were completely ignored. Extremely friendly, smiley and helpful staff. A very warm welcome as I walked through the door.

Clean, modern premises with Japanese style lucky cat artwork. A quiet, but slightly echoing atmosphere with background music that isn’t too loud and is quite mellow.

Unagi Don: very sticky rice, rich and sweet sauce, flaky eel. Very tasty.

Miso soup: well flavoured with a decent amount of seaweed and tofu.

Chicken Karaage: succulent and very flavourful.

Drunken Noodle with King Prawns, Shrimp, Mussels and Squid: The flat noodles were quite soft and easily breakable, but full of flavour and sauce which coated the seafood and vegetables very well.

Dorayaki: not too sweet. A satisfying, no fuss, light dessert and the addition of chocolate sauce is a very complimentary flavour.

I was looking for Asian food and I ve been here after a quick research on google. We ordered fried King prawns and a mix sushi which were good and a miso ramen not that good unfortunately. The service is inexistent as is more a take away with some tables then a restaurant. There are no waiter,plastic plates,plastic cutlery and not even a toilet,i had to go in the golden square one! The local has a clean looking but they should keep the extractor fan on all the time and not switching on and off. The smell of oil was very bad and I had to wash all my clothes once back at home.
