Dorado Lounge — Restaurant in England

I want everyone in the locale to know just how much of an asset Dorado Lounge is.

My fiancé and I visit at least twice a week; we make a special trip into Warrington just for this place - we live in Newton-Le-Willows (at the moment).

The first and most imperative point I'd like to make is the about the staff. Without exception, every member of staff we make contact with are genuinely lovely. They are attentive, friendly, and so very welcoming. It really does show how well the staff are treated because all are guilelessly joyful - this is such a simple thing, but it shows in many ways, having truly happy staff is very apparent.

Dorado does seem to be an exemplary branch of The Lounges, we have been to other branches around the country after the amazing experience of Dorado, they were great. it certainly did not meet the experience we have in Warrington.

Now for the food. I would give Dorado a zero out of five - solely because the food is far too delicious, it's really not helping my lockdown weight. Everything on the menu (and we have had 90% of it) is scrumptious.

We (well, I) love burgers. They have two new burgers on the menu - we were the first to order them, fyi! - the Smokey Joe (love the name, love the song) and a chicken burger with the most succulent blue cheese mayo!

I am keeping this as concise as possible. This is truly a superb eatery, and to make it even better, they allow dogs! And crikey, Tosca, our springer spaniel is even more popular than we! They bring over a bowl of water without asking and even offer dog treats. Dorado truly make everyone wanted.

We will miss you guys tremendously when we move. Thank you to everyone who have made our numerous visits incredible....

I went yesterday with my friends we had a lovely evening the amosphere was beautiful the lighting was dim the food was gorgeous I loved the fact they sold vegan food as I'm vegan so that was a plus and I didn't expect it to be so good I ate so much I could've popped it's the best night I've had in a long time and it's took me a long time to go out due to aniexty I had aniexty and it quickly went away once we was chatting and eating and drinking it was just great if could give you a 10 star rating I would the staff was friendly and quick one of the staff members got us a fan he went above and beyound so thankyou so much as it was ridiculously hot yesterday my friend asked for a fan and he went and got it you don't get service like that anywhere I needn't of worried about going out it was lovely and I will be returning I will be a regular customer I've struggled going out due to aniexty but I made myself go out and I'm glad I did we went out for a friend's early birthday so thankyou so much for making our evening so pleasant I think next time I'll bring my dog as its dog friendly great staff great restaurant and amazing amazing...

Been here a few times when I'm in Warrington on business and always been impressed with the food and service. Tonight was no different!

I love the fact you can sit wherever you want and scan a barcode to order everything on your phone.

The ordering website is really good and for anything you order it allows you to add (or remove) items really easily.

Our drinks arrived within a minute of ordering, and the food didn't take long either (luckily it wasn't busy when we were there)

I always order the 'lounge burger' which is really good. Just a simple burger with cheese but it's so much better than most burgers in the UK. Nice size, thick and really juicy inside but with a lovely grilled taste on the outside. The brioche bun was nice and fresh too. The burger sauce is nice, however it's a bit spicy if I remember then next time I'll swap it for standard mayo instead.
