Betty’s Door — Restaurant in England

Absolutely amazing customer service, the staff here really care about you and your experience! I left my bag on my table by accident, and was on a ferry 15 minutes later leaving my bag with some expensive belongings in the cafe.

The next thing I know, the Betty’s team are mailing the bag back to my address and covering the mailing fee, which is a lot when mailing from the Isle of Wight to my address!

They kept me updated with the whereabouts of my bag and sent it back to me, whilst also sending me the receipts! They got this done within a day of me reaching out to them. I am just extremely grateful for this and it has to be some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, nicest staff!

To add to this, yes the food is also amazing and very cheap. I paid £7 for a cheese and beans jacket potato which filled my entire plate, and a large side of salad.

Overall a 10/10 cafe, amazing and super friendly customer service paired with delicious affordable food.

Honestly, I've only ever been here three times and every time I've been shocked at the price of things. Such a great place! Went there a couple of times for a hot chocolate and deviced to try one and it is the best hot chocolate I've ever had! In the past when going to Costa for hot chocolate I found way too sweet but this one is the best and rich too! Will definitely come back and the staff are very friendly too!
