Bianco's Deli — Restaurant in England

I use to love it here and was a repeat customer but not anymore. Ordered lunch today (on my birthday) and received such poor customer service. We ordered a few panini’s and some pizza top chips and only received cheesy chips (pizza top chips were fab here and always ordered them ). Rang back to let them know and they offered to send them out but won’t be for an hour or some free ones next time. Didn't have time to wait an hour so took the free offer. They then rang back half an hour later and said on the delivery slip it was cheesy chips so we have only paid for that and can’t now get the free pizza top chips next time. So we paid for something we didn’t want and got called liars all because we rang rather than ordering on an app to save them any fees as a local business. Well lost 3 people’s custom now after how we were spoke to and will be letting others know of the poor customer service we had today. This is probably due to people trying to claim free stuff all the time but it’s a shame it now back fires when genuine...

I ordered a special beef sandwich. It was very tasty but was meant to come with peppercorn sauce and horse radish. It had neither. By the time it came it was dry beef on a dry sandwich with hard cheese due to it cooling and not what I was expecting. I ordered the chicken curry chips. Again nice but not sure why it’s curry. It was more like a chicken stew than a curry. Really good gravy but didn’t have any curry flavour at all, maybe they gave me the wrong one. The salad had no dressing and no lettuce. Everything tasted good but wasn’t really what I ordered. I wouldn’t have minded any of that if it hadn’t been that I waited nearly two hours for it to be delivered. I did ring an hour and a half after the order was placed and staff were very polite and reassuring and said it was on route. I then waited just shy of another half an hour for it to get here. I’m 9 minutes from the restaurant. all in all foods nice but order wasn’t right. Not good enough for a nearly two hour wait for a salad...

Visited today at 1040am. My friend and I both ordered the big breakfast, we were told there was no black pudding or hash browns. The server said they could only do scrambled eggs as the grill had been cleaned (breakfasts are served until 11am) I said I would have the meal with no eggs as I only like fried eggs. We waited a while for the meal to come as it did the waitress said you should get two sausages each but we only had three so we have cut one in half and given you one and a half each. The bacon was cold and had obviously been cooked a while as it was hard to cut, the sausages were not very hot either. There were however, two cold hash browns on each plate so they must have found some after saying they had none. A very disappointing meal today. I gave the review 1 star but headline shows 4.5. No feed...
