I regularly call into Bar Central, for a coffee and breakfast. The staff are always friendly, courteous & attentive, and nothing is too much trouble to them. I would definitely recommend a visit to Bar Central, and while you're there, do try the amazing (large) Eggs Benedict (you'll not be disappointed)

Stopped for a light lunch after a walk along to Seaton Carew and back to the Hartlepool marina. This place was recommended by a friend and I chose the BLT toastie. Very good prices compared to other places on the marina. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Can't comment on how good this place is as a bar, so I have left my rating at 4 stars to reflect this. What I can say is that the cake and scones are absolutely excellent as we got a selection to take away and they were fabulous.

I had lunch at Bar Central Ltd today and the whole experience was just lovely.

The staff are attentive, the food arrived very quickly and it was both good value and delicious!

The restaurant is comfortable but chic with a bar that is beautifully designed - a real centrepiece.

I'm looking forward to becoming a regular here as I will be staying at the travelodge in the marina whenever I travel up here for work.

Thank you to the lovely owners and staff for looking after us so well today, I will see...

Called in here today, the first time. Will certainly be coming back soon. Menu is very varied and prices are so reasonable. Food quality is good and service was excellent. We managed to get a bench overlooking the marina, a real suntrap and our waitress Andrea, brought us a table. She couldn't do enough for us. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience and a perfect place...

Went yesterday for coffee and had eggs benedict which was lovely. Decided to go back again today and treat my mam to lunch. She had fish bites and chips and I had bacon, cheese and spinach quiche with chips. Both meals were delicious. Proper home-made chips too which is always a bonus. Not forgetting the staff, all the girls are lovely and...
