Shocking! Asked for oat decaffeinated latte. Drink came and after a few minutes of starting to drink it I got some stabbing digestion pain....I went back to counter to check that they had given me oat milk as opposed to cow's milk....The person who took the order checked with the person making the coffee. She said that it was actually made with cow's milk as she hadn't been told that it was supposed to be oat by the person who took the order! The person who took the order just offered to have another latte made with oat milk. No attention was paid to the painful intolerance symptoms that I was reporting and the staff member walked away when I was trying to tell her that I was experiencing intolerance symptoms. She then brought me a new coffee....I checked that it was decaffeinated and she very abruptly told me that they make loads of coffee's and how were they to remember that I wanted decaffeinated??? She then went back and made me an oat milk decaffeinated and brought it over to me placing it onto the table whilst appearing very frustrated with me. I am so shocked that no consideration or apology was given for the mistake that they made which caused a day long intolerance flare up.....appalling...infact I was made to feel like an inconvenience! AVOID...

I've lived in Hereford for 2 years now and always wanted to go here. Took my daughter for lunch and really wish I hadn't bothered. Asked the counter staff how it worked and the lady behind the counter couldn't have been more dismissive and unhelpful. We ordered our coffees which she asked several times to repeat. Whilst waiting myself and daughter were looking at the food offerings in the servery not once did anyone offer to help. The food option signs blue tacd to the counter were not of much help and others were tiny faded and difficult to read. Feeling uncomfortable and hassled we order scones again the server had to clarify the order several times giving the impression she was not really listening. As she completed our order she started dealing with an impatient customer behind us before we even left with our order. Dealng over us no thank you or anything just completely blanked us. It's sad that I have waited ages to visit and according to your reviews you should have been on the ball and yet here I am writing this.....coffee shops are ten a penny in Hereford and many of them with better customer experiences than this. Nice atmosphere in All Saint's at the centre of Hereford. The cafe can seat about 50 with at tables the floor level and up a set of stairs on a raised platform under the church roof. The food was a good selection of wholesome and healthy dishes. I had a very tasty quiche with some excellent side sofas and a wonderfully tasty slice of wholemeal bread. The food is freshly cooked, appetising and well flavoured. I had a Latte to accompany the food and this was also very tasty. The staff are clearly enthusiasts for simple but well cooked food, definitely worth a visit.
