Bits N Pizzas — Restaurant in England

The delivery driver doesn’t bother to look at house numbers and tries to deliver the the wrong house. After him ringing our doorbell at 10 minutes past midnight, I complained and the manager didn’t care and was rude and said our house number wasn’t visible despite it being inches away from the driver (apparently the delivery driver was her husband). Hint.. use a torch next time so you can see the numbers in the dark! We since have our house number on show in 4 locations, one is reflective so when he shows up at night, the car lights illuminate the number yet tonight, he did it again! He walked past all 4 house number signs! After realising it was the wrong house again, he stomped over my garden and plants, crunching as they broke. No point ringing up to get the worst customer service again and no apology. Please tell your delivery driver to have some respect for people’s property and...

Absolutely amazing! Staying in a hotel and don't know the area and found this place recommended by the hotel. Didn't really know what to expect but oh my god it was wonderful! Really easy to order over the phone. The lady who took our order was really nice and friendly. Very quick delivery, it was 30 mins from ordering to being here which I expected it being a lot longer. It was cheaper than I expected too and the free garlic bread was a lovely surprise too. The food was goregous! Really tasty, nice and hot. Very friendly staff but wow, never had a pizza as poor in my life and at £7 for a vegetarian calzone, I think we've been had!! Raw onion throughout the pizza, lots of black olives making it taste extremely strange, undercooked dough....I mean come on! A pizza shop should know how to turn out a decent pizza.. we won't be back again!! Also, a so called large doner kebab was found to be luke warm with very little meat and congealed garlic butter.. There really is no excuse for this considering it is meant to be food that the staff are very familiar with....
