Brays & K's Pasties — Restaurant in England

I've been a big Brays & K's pasty fan for years and regularly recommend them but not anymore. I've had a few bad ones recently and the other day was the worst. I bought a midi pasty at £5.50 which was flat, small, virtually no veg, two small pieces of steak at each end, very salty and no pepper. A large is now £6.50. Very expensive and poor quality. Went in here recently for the first time after walking past the place often.

It was worth the wait! I had a large steak, at a very reasonable price of £4.50 compared to other places. The filling was hot and the pastry wasn't heavy either. Delicious meat and veg, and plenty of it.

Just note that it's £5 minimum for card payments, otherwise cash.

Disappointed with the product, I used this shop many times in the past, but today I drove past and bought a pasty.
