Breakfast At Tiffany's — Restaurant in England

I and my mate went to this place whilst taking our order and at yhe same time talking on the phone which is quite rude, lack of communication as you have to repeat your order few times, ordered mocha which they had charged on our receipt but delivered a latte and we show them this must be a mocha as you charged, so instead of changing it, the boss added just hot chocolate powder in to coffee and reheated so burnt milk and cup was burning lips and it was tasting absolutely horrible, then we had two full English breakfast one without blackpudding and one without mushrooms as it was saying on our ticket as well but they both came as normal full English breakfast, went to the counter asked boss lady that they are wrong and she said no that was you've ordered two full English breakfast, I showed the receipt then instead of apologising she said don't eat it leave it in your plate, imagine you never like either mushrooms and/or blackpudding inside your food.

And another time went there again ordered the same meal, as just sat down 2 minutes later one of the meals came as full English breakfast and I said first of all I didn't want mushrooms and second of all where's my mate breakfast, this boss lady said that will take up to 10 minutes and I said why? They both are the same breakfast why one is ready but other one takes time? Apparently a customer had returned the food and they kept it on the side and could tell the food had been in microwave, so how could I trust that customer didn't have CORONA VIRUS SYMPTOMS and/or FLUE, so overall do trust this place anymore as we had a twice bad experience, as I can't recommend for people in this case. DEFINITELY WON'T GO BACK THERE. Also I give one star 🌟because of I can't leave my experience from this...

Really nice cafe just up from the Lagoon, really good seating area outside, although inside was really nice with the wooden tables and decor inside, which the decor I would just like to note would be something of an obsessive or shows there is an obsession for Audrey Hepburn. Would suggest a bit less clutter inside, to give a bit more spacious feeling.

Ordered:

Chicken Burger and Chips + Can of Drink Chicken burger was dry, maybe due to the absence of salad, or it just a battered chicken in a bun. Chips were perfectly done, and healthy portion size.

Big Breakfast + Coffee Was the nicest of the 3 meals ordered, with "healthy" portion size of chips.

2x poached eggs on Toast, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, beans chips and mushrooms. + cappuccino

Poached eggs were perfectly done for me, although I had to rearrange my breakfast myself as the eggs came on the chips instead of on toast.

Parking is on street so make sure to note the times on the signs on the side of the road.no

Expect to pay at the beginning, which I can't see many people leaving a tip at the start of service compared to paying at the end of service. Minimal interaction with customers, but this could be due to minimal staff, and language barriers when communicating orders etc. Be sure to check the receipt, for what you ordered. Errors were quickly adjusted, and found it to be a positive experience rather then a negative.

The breakfast looked absolutely amazing. Using hindsite, it should have been what I ordered.

Instead, I went for a quarterpounder cheeseburger with chips. If we are now defining a burger as bread, meat, bread then by all accounts this was a burger. But no salad AND no sauce within its wheaty confines resulted in something that it was a sad thing to look at. Think, brutalism architecture meets human food.

To be fair, a waitress did bring out some salad after I requested a little to put in my food to make it a more complete affair, although I did find myself mixing up my own burger sauce with ketchup, mayo and mustard on the table.

It's incredible how a 4 pound burger could look like a total waste of money with no salad and then look almost like a bit of a bargain with some lettuce and tomatoes thrown in (hint hint).

My colleague had ordered himself. A chicken burger which made me extremely grateful for the slice of cheese that I got in mine. (Video attached).

Staff overall were lovely and very helpful. Although I did pop in the day after to get a drink and saw one of the ladies behind the bar sneeze into whatever she was doing before sneezing again (this time off to the side) where I definitely saw a spray of some kind. I walked out before she turned around to take my order so hopefully she didn't know I was there.
