Oct 2023 Not busy Sunday noon, had to wait for nuggets to be fried, but wasn't too long + they were freshly fried.
April 2023 Order fulfilled quickly, contained all the items I ordered. All good as expected.
July 2022 Was a lot busier. However, I still got my order in good time. No mistakes were made with the order.
Feb 2022 Ordered at counter, was quick to serve, and food was just as expected. This was at a quiet time 10:30 on a Sunday. The restaurant was clean.
Update Dec 2021. A full refurbishment has been completed. My experience this time was a bit worse, I ordered ahead thru the app. However, the staff member I went to didn't seem to know what they were meant to do.
They gave me a receipt, but it appears that they were meant to get my order immediately, so I was waiting, but eventually I asked about it after 10mins of waiting.
The manager staff member sorta rebuked me when I just said I was waiting. How was I meant to know your process of dealing with an app order?
So maybe you could train the staff properly to deal with all situations they could be in.
Jun 2021 This burger king could do with an update/refurbishment. The service was a bit slow at first as there was only one person at the till.
I could see the manager visibly telling others that there is only one, where is the other person...

Read moreOrdered via their app, checked the order summary, all ok. The receipt gets printed at the restaurant and placed on the counter (I could not check the receipt). Anyway, I realised that they prioritise orders placed in the restaurant. They only started preparing my order when I asked what's happening with my order.
I then got my food it in a brown bag and went to my car. As I had distributed everything, I realised that the promotional item (FREE Whopper with £1 order) was not in the bag. Went back to the restaurant and was told by the senior assistant manager that I didn't get it because it's not on the receipt. However, I said.....it was on my order summary when I placed the order and I didn't see the receipt either. Checked my inbox, didn't get the email receipt. Looks like an app technical glitch....I still didn't get the FREE Whopper! The guy told me to place another order. I would have but the promotional is gone now.....so...
