Burger King — Restaurant in England

Disgusting service bunch of kids who can't do there job millie can't serve drive through and is passing the headset and playing about while there is ques and then telling people it's not her issue rhat the food is incorrect after taking my money then refusing to refund me on something that wasn't even in the menu definitely spat in the food I'd stay very far from this burger king until some adults are about instead of low I.q children 4 hr drive and a 7 month old baby sat waiting for me to get him home which I explained yet I was in there for 15 minutes waiting on a simple drink refund . I'd seriously look in to who you employ as these things escalate very quickly when people have no respect and take no accountability for the job they do but still want to get payed . Uber drivers leaving without the food because these two members of staff just don't won't to work . Its absolutely disgusting . I cannot even eat my food as it looks tamperd with millie looked as if she was spitting in my food as she made the chips as I was clearly watching . Your handling peoples food it's also a offence to take someone's money then refuse to honour rhe purchase which is what eirin did whilst telling me I can't get a refund but when I asked for the manager All of a sudden my refunds here . So clearly a fast one trying to steal 5 pound out cash register whilst offering me a normal drink which would of been FREE with my meal. Just...

How disappointed was we, my daughter and I went into one of my favourite places for tea as a treat, much to my disappointment the staff didn't great us, we had to make our presence known. Then when they did finally come to serve us, they where very straight faced asked us our order, no customer service there. we went to pour our drinks none of the drinks where filled the machine was empty, after grabbing the attention of one of the staff they said they would sort it. Couple of minutes later our food was ready, burger cold, chips some hot some cold still no drink......after asking the staff again about the drinks machine the member of staff said wont be long. Afew mins later we went back up to the counter and the member of staff just gave us a bottle of coke no sorry for your wait no nothing. As we was sat then one of the member of staff came to fill the machine .I wouldnt of minded if they where busy but we was at the time the only ones in the restaurant and not many cars going through the drive threw. We had had enough I didn't want to complain as I don't think they would have been interested as some of them looked like they didn't want to be there anyways. We threw away most of the food we bought and we left .......never again will...

Placed order to eat in, had onion rings which take a few minutes, but coffee handed to me before order even started in back, then tepid fries thrown on tray folllowd by burger, but still waiting for onion rings, asked for ketchup and Mayo, you would think i had asked for crown jewels, told " we don't do Mayo" but yes they do, its a staple of burger king, but no problem, i told them some in a bowl from the kitchen would be fine, told they would charge me 20p, considering my meal for 1 was slightly over £10, are they having a laugh, i Said i would have my money back , which, can you beleive it, they started to process, rather pay me back the £10 for food already prepared than give me a few pennies with of Mayo and had a repeat customer, how poor this place is unbeleiveable, tepid food, rubbish service, dirty tables, rude staff, no concept of looking after a customer and ensuring all food comes at once, not as if though they are busy, must be the quietest burger king i have seen, the manager has no idea about a food business and i shudder to think were she has been, absolute joke, whoever owns that franchise, you need to get your act together as your running probably the worst burger in...
