Mr Chu's was once a Hull institution that everyone loved, including John Prescott, the Deputy Prime Minister at the time.
Sadly, those days are gone. When we arrived, only one small section was open because we where one of only two sets of diners. Shortly after that, we where the only diners.

Fortunately when it came to our turn to pay the card machine worked perfectly. However due to the experience of the evening we will definitely not be...

However, do so at your own misfortune. The reception you receive, is matched by the quality of food and service.
Enjoying the Sunday Lunch Menu, we sat relaxing by the river Hull. It was truly a bonus experience. Able to accommodate 400 people, this restaurant is truly the best for events and function bookings.
