Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Dreadful.. I used to use Costa quite a lot, like I mentioned in an earlier review. I stopped however as you just can't get any consistency!! Your paying a premium price and your drink is either cold or doesn't even taste right. If your easily embarrassed or shy, your faced with paying £3.65 for a drink that's just not enjoyable or on occasions not even drinkable. One of the worst drinks I've had came from this particular branch. If I'd have complained I may have got a fresh drink made, agreed.. but the actual complaint itself would have fallen on deaf ears. The person who served me just seemed sooooo disinterested. I've not been back since so it could be all change. What's also odd is if you need to use the wc, you have to walk through a joining door that takes you into kfc and use there's.. One star is overly high for...

Just been to Costa with my daughters. We were served by a lady who unfortunately I didn't take the name of. She was lovely, very friendly and professional and welcoming. Unfortunately her colleague on the other hand was very unprofessional. As we walked over to order our drinks she completely ignored us as if we wernt there. She was stood speaking to 2 of her friends and left the other colleague to do everything. They were speaking and laughing very loud the whole time we were there and as we were leaving she went outside with her friends to smoke which again is very unprofessional. Customers don't want to see her with a cigarette in her hand and then going back into the shop handling food. I really wish I had took the other lady's name because she was a credit to costa and it was a pleasure to be...

I popped in this morning for all day breakfast wraps, a decaff oat latte and a mango bubble frappe. The breakfast wraps being a rare treat but one of my favourite items on the menu. I ordered on the app, which is easy and meant I didn't have to wait long and I also had some rewards to use. The coffee had a anti spill wrap put on top so perfect for the car. Although I opted for cream on my frappe which doesn't have the same which in hindsight I regret. I accidentally dropped my frappe causing quite a mess but the staff were amazing, super friendly and remained cheerful which at 0730 in the morning...
