KFC Hull - The Beacon — Restaurant in Great Britain

Walked in around 8pm and people were hanging about the counter waiting for meals. We were getting served and a woman came up to the counter with a complaint to which the staff member just walked away from serving us without a word, dealt with the woman and continued to serve us. She told us after 5 minutes that the mini fillets would be another 5 minutes. A couple waited in front of us and a man after. I watched as a tray was filled with food and left on the side while the girl did (other things ) it must have been a good 5 mins until she saw it and picked it up to look for the customer, obviously not knowing who ordered it she took it round the back to which a gaggle of staff seemed to congregate to discuss the issue. All the while the drive through was getting priority to the customers inside. One girl was front of house but no one helped her if anything while we all waited she was filling orders for the drive through. Then a male employee walked through front of house were there was food being served with bags of rubbish to take out. The couple before us decided to ask where their meal was and lo and behold this was the meal sat on a tray getting cold. The staff member said she had shouted them, she had not as I was standing there all the time whereas they had moved away from the counter. They decided that the order would have to be fullfilled so the couple would have to wait 😠 Customers were commenting that 'Fast Food' was a laugh unless you were at the drive through. There must have been 5 staff round the back helping. We eventually got our order and ate the food in the car, the fries were stone cold but could not be bothered to go back in. What GARBAGE customer service. I visited there yesterday (25/05/19) and got home to find the bucket we ordered was missing the chicken fillets. So phoned them up and a gent apologised and said did i want to come in for them... erm not this evening its like 5 odd miles away (Willerby), so said ill pop in tomorrow.

Went in today with the code the gent gave me and had to explain twice like i was lying that it was the chicken fillets, he said chicken spicy things? No I remember been the only one whom ate them as no one else likes spicy items, it was my wife whom was going to eat the fillets and said any chance of a portion of chips to the gentleman serving, he asked the manager and bearing in mind it was "THEM"

We went in on our way home, we were the only people in there at the time of placing our order, it took a while for the food to arrive, the chips were cold, a sauce was missing, when I asked the girl serving she did not read my order correctly and only gave us small chips when it should of been a large portion, by the time I got the replacement chips n sauce the rest of our food was virtually cold and we then realised that a side of rice was missing. The advert for kfc says purveyors of the world's finest chicken, a million miles away from this even the zinger meal we had, had no zing and was barely hot Over all poor service, poor temperature control, which leads to poor food, almost forgot the Malteser shake thing which was awful, while I'm pointing out bad things the seating with the plastic divides is terrible, someone else sits in the seat behind you get battered about by the seat or the...
