A gentleman previously helped me when my late partner was suffering from stage 4 cancer when we visited the restaurant after going to the gym, I asked if he could please wipe the tables previously before we sat as my fiancé who was very ill suffered from sepsis alot due to low immune system, and he helped so much he couldn't help enough he wiped the tables and asked if there was anything else we needed. I forgot to do this review at the time, but I have further good reviews to add about this employee.
On the first visit since My late fiancé passed on I I informed the gentleman that my partner has passed away on the first visit back as I said how hard just coming out is let alone come here where we shared memories and he spoke with me regarding this with compassion and said he remembered us and that he wiped the table for my partner, I didn't recognise him at first. For a employee to remember me and the situation when he serves so many people is great customer service and shows he cares.
I came through the drive through at approximately 17:00 on Tuesday 14th October 2025 to be greeted by the same very friendly young man(I cannot remember his name) but he was full of smiles and was very pleasant to talk to, he looked approximately 24 years of age and had brown hair. I will find out his name and come back to this review when I find out.
This was the second time I have visited since My beautiful fiancé of 10 years Dom passed away in July, I more so came back to burger king as my partner Dom used to love burger king, he used to love the chicken royale. I have since been avoiding things that my partner done including food he ate but it makes me feel closer by doing things he loved. I ordered a BBQ meal with cheese chilli bites, chips, a drink and nuggets, the best meal I have had from burger king although the beef burger could be a little less dry but the value was great and so was the service so I will return.
This employee made the visit so much easier and was brilliant, he deserves a raise and promotion.Thank you so much.

Read moreWell this would've been a 4 star but today, it really went down hill. Been ordering here for a few months now, usually been really good, although a bit pricy, however today, wow! Whole new management and staff. Got my order wrong, over 12, times. Yes, over 12 times. The young lad was absolutely useless, and the manager, was like she didn't understand a word of English, i would say an order and she would read back something completely different, then i would correct her and she would read back something completely different again! This happened 12 times! Face to face! I decided on the 13th time that i couldn't be bothered anymore, now that there was a HUGE queue as well. Ended up being double charged for the wrong meal, having points be taken out of my burger king account and not given anything. Was given the wrong drink, and the drink i got given tasted of pure chemicals so had to throw it away, the burger was a complete mess and the chips, i ordered the peppercorn loaded fries, got given a small regular style baggie of chips! So all in all, i spent nearly £15 on a burger i didn't order, a bag of chips that contained all of 5 and a half chips, and a drink i didn't want that tasted of pure chemicals. I'm sure they had been sitting around for ages and then warmed up in the microwave when I put in my order. Definitely NOT worth the extra £3.49 we paid. When I collected my order, I was given 2 empty cups and not told about the self service machine !!!! The diet coke I chose was flat and watery so I emptied it out and chose another drink from the other machine. I don't know why you have to choose a drink on the self service machine as some of the ones available are not on the screen and vice versa !!! When I told a member of staff the machine was out of tickets, he told me I didn't need a ticket as the number appears on the screen. I was waiting for the receipt to come out so didn't see the number on the screen as it disappeared too quickly.
