Burger King — Restaurant in England

As a coach driver i travel the countrty alot and would never stop here with passengers on board. The Staff are always polite. They never have full stock and only ever 2 members of staff in duty. Always have to wait for the person in front to order then wait for their food to arrive before placing your order. Slow wouldn't be the word for it. Foods ok if they have what you want. As to the look of the place .....nothing a good jet washing wouldn't solve and that needs to be used on the staff also. Just left today with a drink as all I could see was the guys boxers pulled out of his jeans and arse crack sticking out the top of those. Didn't feel hungry anymore. Something needs to be done for.this.place like knocking down and starting again. Parking is awful for large vehicles so all parked around the fuel station. Loads of spaces for cars. What's the point of this rant nothing will change here as I hasn't for years except go...

I like Burger King but I don’t like this venue. It’s often noisy with the staff shouting at each other but even worse, they are advertised as open until 10pm but more than half the times I have been there after 8pm they are closed.

I have complained to Burger King with only a canned response. They don’t seem to understand that the unprofessional nature of this branch brings down the whole brand and will make some people, myself included, look elsewhere.

I am writing this having arrived at this branch at 21:01 to find a sign on the door “Closing at 8pm, toilets in garage.”

I though I would give them a chance having complained several months ago but obviously nothing has changed.

If you happen to be passing then take a look in (be prepared for noise though). Do not go there just for Burger King as it will...

I'll be honest, this is probably the worst BK I've been to.

First of all tried using one of the self service machines, which didn't work, so then used another.

When ordering, the options were rather limited, especially for the drinks.

To be fair, my order was served fairly quickly, and the burger and fries were hot and tasted good.

But then I went to the self serve drinks machine.

Virtually all the drinks options were unavailable, only a choice of Sprite or Diet Coke.....nothing else.

Went for the diet coke, as it was the nearest thing to something I liked......and it was absolutely disgusting......must of been 90% water.....virtually no flavour to it.

Won't be coming back here again.....better to drive 5 mins up the road to...
