I enjoyed a lovely cup of tea with what I can only describe as the best Croissant I have ever eaten. I would not describe it as a café as on both visits, there was a choice of 2 types of cake and 1 biscuit, and there was only 1 of those. This visit was mid-morning during half term week, when you'd expect to have a high footfall. It lacked in atmosphere, and the table had not been cleared from previous customers. The staff were chatting amongst themselves, so they were not too busy to ensure tables were clear.
