What a gem of a tea shop right on the harbourside.We spent a few days in Weymouth and The T Shop became our place to go for lunch and afternoon tea. Tea is served in teapots with crochet tea cosies and proper china cups and saucers.The sandwiches are all freshly made to order ( especially loved the local crab) A wonderful selection of homemade cakes, we tried Bakewell cake, coffee and walnut and had a cream tea. They also had something that you don't see in many Tea shops, good old fashioned bread pudding (we bought extra as takeaway to eat at home) Staff were all really friendly and we will definitely visit again when we are back in Weymouth. Read moreThis tea room is honestly a little gem. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fabulous, especially the smoked Stilton scones and Hummingbird cake, so tasty and not expensive, all supplied by great and friendly staff. Good old British tea pots and tea cups, complete with fab tea cosies. Would highly recommend this T Shop to anyone. Will definitely be visiting when we are down that way.
