I ask for decaf tea with semi skimmed milk. They grab the whole milk, I remind them âsemi skimmedâ you get an eye roll, and like, itâs an inconvenience to open a new carton!
On boarding the train, theyâve given me non decaf tea, - I canât drink it!
Iâve had to throw it away.
This would be bad if it was an isolated incident, but I have them the benefit of the doubt, and the second time, they gave me whole milk, and it made me sick!
I donât know if itâs lack of training or language barriers, but Iâd urge anyone with dietary restrictions to double check their drinks!
