Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

I'm not a fan of chain coffee shops, as they lack any feeling of a genuinely warm welcome. Was completely astounded that this chain have the audacity to charge 20p extra for a Decaf Coffee, where all other coffee chains and outlets charge the same whether you have ordinary coffee or decaf coffee. Even after drinking it I wasnt impressed, Costa is far much better than this chain. The shop itself wasnt bad, I have been in worse. Definitely would not go there again as/when I visit Thirsk. This is a fantastic little Caffè Nero that, at first glance, looks quite small. Looks can be deceiving though as it goes back and back and back.

The coffee is typical Nero, a decent blend but nothing massively special.

The staff here are incredibly friendly though and certainly seem to know their stuff.
