Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

If there is any way the two guys who served me on Thursday 21st June, around 3pm or afternoon time ish could hear of this message, I’d be so thankful. If they don’t remember me I had blonde hair and a bit of a situation going on. Basically the two guys who served me were the sweetest, loveliest people ever. I was having a rough day and one of them asked me how my day was going. He was so bubbly and approachable, I don’t know how, but I ended up telling him all about how rubbish I felt at the time etc and he and his colleague gave me such good advice, we joked about them being my therapists😂 Anyway, they really brightened up my whole day and made me happy on a day that was rapidly going downhill! I just want them to know how thankful I am.

On a practical note, the caramel latte and iced coffee were both amazing, you could taste the real coffee and their kind, considerate nature made my visit too Cafe Nero in Falmouth a enjoyable and memorable experience. Nice dog friendly coffee shop. Standard menu of pre packed paninis or toastada. Good range of cakes. The young lady that served me, sadly I didn't catch her name, greeted everyone like she had known them for years, she enquired after their day, and listened with interest the customers various musings. When she realised that we weren't local she proceeded to give me a run down of all the activities that were happening in town that week, as it was Regatta week. She was a lovely young lady and I hope that Cafe Nero recognises how awesome she is at her job. She was very obliging and couldn't do enough for the customers and even gave one lady help in how to access the new app. Whilst the Cafe itself is very corporate, this young lady bought a great atmosphere...

I always receive excellent service here. Seating can be limited buts it's evidence of how popular the cafe is due to its truly wonderful the staff are here. Always up for a chat, never seem rushed or pushy. I was unsure about a berry sauce in a coffee from the Christmas menu and the lady even promised me she would make me something different if I didn't like it. Presentation of drinks is always good. The cakes could be better but I still find myself adding one to my order. Thank you...
