I'm not a critic but this place had very poor organisation, poor service and food was not quality at all. Where to begin. Every table seated was consistently complaining about issues they were having with their food, people had been waiting for a very long time even though it wasnt even that busy, they were giving wrong orders. Someone recieved their cheese filled egg with just cheese thrown on top. Small portions for what it cost. Half our food was cold and the beans were as though they were thrown straight out the fridge and given to us or just left overs. They actually didnt even jot down half our order and we were waiting until I went to the counter and they said we haven't put this order down. They dont even know what a coffee is and just gave me some cheap black coffee and lukewarm tea which also tasted awful. Over priced, poor and cheap quality food. I have never been this disappointed with breakfast (English breakfast to be precise) and service as much as I did at this place .I have been meaning to visit this place for a while and finally ended up today with my mate.

Customer service was straight 0, no sense of communication. When the breakfast arrived I had a feeling it might just be a wrong choice to visit this place as there was no effort done in presentation, serving tea in a takeaway cups whilst you're sat inside, and finally when I dug into my breakfast, it was the worst thing I could've started my day with.

Rock solid sausage (not 1 or 2 but 4 including my mate's) undercooked hash brown, cold beans and wasn't even asked how we wanted our eggs. Came runny and when asked for them to be well done they ended up still runny.

Very inconsistent can never expect the same food taste. Staff can lie to sale there stuff like i asked them have they got fresh alo vada they said yess and i believed them and guess what i get refreid and oily vada .and giving my feedback to them they came out very defensive rather to understand the situation. Uncovered hair woman working in the kitchen ..i mean really compromising with your hygiene. Wouldn't visit again. On your reply just to let you making false accusations would benefit me anything.And exactly this what i mean rather to look into the matter you guys prefer to attack the customers.i ve just wrote...
