We popped into the chapel cafe for a quick coffee & bite to eat, We were made very welcome indeed & the extensive menu just blew us away, with all the yummy cakes that are homemade on the premises, I opted for a afternoon tea for one & the homemade scones & jam all locally produced was absolutely lovely, My partner had the homemade boiled fruit cake that was absolutely lovely & the proprietor eve wrote out the recipe for Sharron what was an absolute lovely touch, So thank you all for a lovely welcoming visit & we will be recommending the chapel cafe to all...

Top notch, super-friendly café, probably the best, at least in Penwith, if not in Cornwall, certainly unique in St.Ives, maintaining the yummy tummy character of a traditional greasy spoon café combined with high standards of cleanliness and product quality. I was glad to have passed by and decided to eat here. Right from walking in, I received friendly and helpful service. The food was very affordable, delicious and the portion sizes were fairly generous. I ordered a chicken fajitas which cost about 3.50 quid. I almost got put off by how cheap it was until it came. I was very pleased with my decision to eat here. Some things you will find on the menu are burgers, toastie, breakfast, wraps and omelettes.
