Churchills Tavern — Restaurant in England

Hidden Gem! From the outside, you'd think it's a restaurant/wine bar, but inside it's definitely a pub! Large room with pool table, booths, and tables. There is a screen showing sports. The really surprisingly but was the beer garden! Large outside space in three parts, one with a decent amount of covering - surprising amount of greenery and space! Tucked away down a back street, it is definitely worth a visit. The locals seem friendly, and they do Hobgoblin IPA...

We always call into Churchill's it's what we would refer to as a proper pub. Last time we were in Bowness in 2019 Churchill's was closed then obviously with covid 19 we've been unable to travel what a surprise when we went there a couple of weeks ago the whole pub inside and out has had a much needed face lift it's made a massive difference the beer garden area to the rear of the pub was lovely a proper sun trap we enjoyed a good few...
