Appallingly slow! Even with three staff behind the counter and when there’s no queue! The staff don’t even acknowledge that you’re waiting there either. When they do take your order, they try to trick you into ordering the more expensive coffee without explaining its a different price. For a moment, it seemed as though my order was not being made as the manager and batista were fiddling about and chatting at the coffee machine, and neither acknowledged me or seemed to be doing anything. When my flat white was eventually presented with a grunt, it was rather poor quality and not very hot and not presented like you get in other coffee shops these days with an attempt at latte art... clearly a lack of interest and care As well as the cringingly slow service, there seems to be a high staff turnover, which may account for the poor quality of service and lack of atmosphere. The tables rarely seem to be properly wiped, and the toilets are rarely clean, even on a quiet day like today When I went to leave, I saw they had managed to create a queue nearly to the door. This is actually a nice, comfortable, well fitted out coffee shop but sadly let down by poor quality management and oversight. Caffè Nero is just down the road and is wonderful in comparison, definitely where I will head in the future.

Coffee quality is a definite top on any high street in UK. Having tasted Bosco cheesecake we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent quality, superb / friendly customer servuce, warm and welcoming atmosphere / interior design. The only let down at rush hour was used cups, plates and cutlery still lying on the tables as staff just couldn't cope with volume quick enough. But overall well done guys! We will be back for more soon!

Really amazed to see that so much thought is put into a coffee shop! With great coffee selection and a variety of breakfast options, this place is tastefully decorated and has a ton of dog photos! The place is big, full of life and stories that are a great read while you sip the coffee and see life pass by! Oh, also the almond croissant is huge and tastes heavenly!

So, me and my partner were waiting to be served and the worker's stood there talking completely ignoring us. We then ordered our food and drinks and the lady was very rude.

We got our drinks and my partner had ordered one of the cheese cakes and I had a hot chocolate. My drink was barely warm and half way through the cake my partner pulled a massive hair from his mouth and from the cake. We spoke to the lady about it and she was very rude again. Spoke to us with such an attitude and didn't really care about the situation

We love going to coffee #1 but we definitely won't be going back to the one in chippenham. It was an all round bad experience left very...

I tend to frequent a few coffee shops around the area and Coffee NO.1 has to be my favourite in terms of drink quality, atmosphere and aesthetics. I would come to this coffee shop alone or with friends as the atmosphere is very welcoming and the interior is just cozy to be in. They are also very catering and have cake options for people with gluten intolerances. The only downside is they may have newer staff who are learning to make drinks so the waiting times may be long, so its preferable to come here if you're not in a rush or don't mind a wait. They also allow dogs which I...
